Executive Director

Heather entered her career in rehabilitation in 2001 and has served in management for the last 10 years. As COO of Sky Rehabilitation, she holds a pivotal role in determining the long care initiatives that increase quality within the company. She is responsible for giving the proper strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success.

Her leadership qualities include being a consummate team builder, a champion for change initiatives, and challenging the status quo. She presents a transparent, innovative, and trusted presence with a preference for taking action and accomplishing goals. Heather’s vision includes the development of strategic plans to build relationships that support the continuum of care and responsibility.

Office Manager

Jen started with SKY just over 5 years ago as an executive assistant and then moved to her current role as the office manager. She has a degree from the University of Utah in Business Management and has 15 years of experience working in various roles for companies in the mortgage, software, manufacturing, marketing, and food/restaurant industries. Jen is grateful to be part of the Sky team and the opportunities it provides to use her knowledge and skills to further the success of Sky Rehabilitation.
