Sky Rehabilitation Corporate Staff Biographies
Heather entered her career in rehabilitation in 2001 and has served in management for the last 10 years. As COO of Sky Rehabilitation, she holds a pivotal role in determining the long care initiatives that increase quality within the company. She is responsible for giving the proper strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success.
Her leadership qualities include being a consummate team builder, a champion for change initiatives, and challenging the status quo. She presents a transparent, innovative, and trusted presence with a preference for taking action and accomplishing goals. Heather’s vision includes the development of strategic plans to build relationships that support the continuum of care and responsibility.
Carol Honeycutt is the Project Manager for Sky Rehabilitation, LLC. With over eight years in a Long Term Care setting, Carol’s experience as a former Administrator and Human Resources Director has positioned her to offer a strong balance between business solutions and employee relationships. Carol aligns special projects with day-to-day company operations to ensure Sky Rehabilitation’s continued success. Participating in multiple regulatory audits and studying State and Federal Regulations has prepared her to juggle the many different tasks that arise daily. A desire to serve others coupled with a yearning for a career in healthcare is what led her to the aging population.
In her spare time, Carol enjoys the outdoors and vacationing with her family. Carol attended Wesleyan University – Indianapolis, IN for Health Facility Administrator (Comprehensive Care) training. She earned her Administrator license in 2011.
Business Development Coordinator
Alex has 17 years of experience working as an Occupational Therapist Assistant. He has dedicated his entire career to serving residents in the long-term care setting. Motivated to lead others, Alex earned his Bachelors in Management in 2005. He has been able to apply his education and passion for leadership for the last 12 years in several management roles including: Director of Rehabilitation, CMI Specialist, Lead Recruiter and Business Development Coordiantor.
Alex is passionate about working with the elderly and disabled. He enjoys sharing histories and experiences of those living in the communities he serves. He has had additional training in Spaced Retrieval, a scientifically proven method that helps people with dementia and other memory impairments to actively train to recall important information. Alex has also excelled with orthotics for contracture management.
Alex's current role as Business Development Coordinator for Sky Rehabilitation is to focus on identifying skilled and motivated therapists to add to our outstanding therapy staff. He develops and coordinates projects that help Sky therapists continue to provide excellent care and develop business opportunities for our growing company.
Jen recently joined the Sky team as an Executive Assistant with nearly 10 years of experience. She has a degree from the University of Utah in Business Management and gained her experience working as an executive assistant for companies in the mortgage, software, manufacturing and marketing industries and most recently in the food/restaurant industry. She is excited to join the Sky team and the opportunities it provides to use her knowledge and skills to further the success of Sky Rehabilitation.
Jaime Eichholtz currently serves as Executive Assistant to COO, Heather Mackey for Sky Rehabilitation. Jaime joined our team in 2016. She comes highly qualified and very prepared in internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners. She maintains an organized filling system of paper and electronic documents, and upholds a strict level of confidentiality. Her organization skills are exceptional with interpersonal skills along with a friendly and professional demeanor. Jaime enjoys being a part of Sky Rehabilitation and looks forward to the limitless opportunities and growth of Sky Rehabilitation.
